At BEEVET Animal Hospital, we know that every second counts during a veterinary emergency. We don’t want you to have to wonder what to do when your pet needs immediate care.

This is why we provide emergency services for dogs and cats during our normal business hours:

Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

Signs and Symptoms of a Veterinary Emergency

It can be difficult to determine if your pet is experiencing a veterinary emergency.

Please contact us immediately if you observe any of the following signs:
  • Snake bite
  • Ingesting poison (sago palm, chocolate, rat bait, raisins, lilies)
  • Swallowing a foreign body
  • Bee stings
  • Collapse
  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea
  • Vomiting
  • Bleeding
  • Swelling
  • Toxicity
  • Lacerations
  • Bloat/GDV
  • Shock/collapse
  • Swollen abdomen
  • Trauma
  • Fractures
  • Heat stroke
  • Acute respiratory distress
  • Anaphylactic (allergic) reactions
